New Customers:

New customers will need to fill out a residential gas application to start service. If the residence has existing service and you are transferring service into your name you will still need to fill out the application to start service. Please fill out and submit an online application or a PDF application that can be returned in one of the following ways:”

Current Customers

If you currently have an account with us please call your local office to start service in your name at your new address. You can also schedule to cancel service at your current address at this time if you would like.

Please be advised it may take up to 3 business days for your new service to begin and we suggest contacting us as soon as possible to schedule new service or transfer of service. If service has been disconnected you will need to schedule an appointment for reconnection. Appointments are scheduled Monday-Friday 9:00am to 3:30pm (may vary based on service location). An adult will need to be present as we do need to enter the residence to reconnect service.
